How to track your order: 

An order confirmation email will be sent after each purchase on www.jeunecouture.com. Once your package is processed, you will receive an email notification and the tracking will be automatically updated.

DELIVERY TIMES 

CLOTHING : 

 To support our ecological approach, each item is made to order in our workshops, thus avoiding overproduction.

It takes 5 to 8 working days for product manufacturing, then 2 to 4 days for delivery.

Exceptional products such as made-to-order jackets/bombers/trench coats cannot be refunded.

JEWELRY :

For all jewelry purchases, allow 1 to 2 days for manufacturing, then 2 to 4 days for delivery.
