How to track your order:

An order confirmation email will be sent after each purchase on the website www.kamad.fr. Once your package has been processed, you will receive an email notification and the tracking information will be updated automatically.

DELIVERY TIMES

CLOTHES :

In order to preserve our ecological approach, each piece is made to order in our workshops, thus avoiding overproduction.

It takes between 5 and 8 working days to manufacture the product, then 2 to 4 days for delivery.

It will not be possible to refund exceptional products such as custom-made jackets/bombers/trench coats

JEWELRY :

For all jewelry purchases, allow 1 to 2 days for manufacturing, then 2 to 4 days for delivery.
