WHAT ARE THE ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS?
We only accept credit card payments.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
– Returns are possible up to 14 days after your purchase.
– Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
– All returns must include a note with the order number in order for us to process your refund.
– All items must be returned in their original box and unworn.
– The buyer must send us the tracking number when the package is sent because we cannot refund a lost or stolen item.
DO WE HAVE PROOF OF AUTHENTICITY DESPITE THE FACT THAT IT IS SECOND-HAND?
Our Kamad team conducts a three-level authentication process: supplier verification, check of the item's history within the home, and finally, an expert assessment of the item itself. With each purchase, you will receive an authentication card confirming that the item has undergone these three steps.
WHAT MATERIALS ARE THE PRODUCTS MADE OF?
You can see the description of each product on the website, we would like to inform you that the chains are made of stainless steel or gold plated, and the pendants (made of metal).
Please avoid putting the jewelry underwater so that it can maintain its best condition.
CAN THERE BE A RESTOCK OF PRODUCTS THAT ARE OUT OF STOCK?
Our collections depend on our stock arrivals and it is possible that out-of-stock items may be put back on sale, but you will be notified of this on our social networks.
